Nearly a quarter of a million workers who belong to one of the North America’s most dynamic and diverse unions are ‘just saying no‘ to the attempted mandatory Covid-19 vaxx imposition.

In a letter to the Union Pacific Company, International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers (SMART) general chairman Roy Davis expressed strong disapproval with the company’s “unilateral” requirement that all workers get jabbed for the Fauci Flu.

Davis also wants an immediate response from the Union Pacific Company about the union’s concerns, as well as confirmation that it will negotiate in good faith to drop the requirement.

“We understand that OSHA has issued a Federal requirement (September 24, 2021), but Carrier has created new working conditions without negotiations with the Organization,” the letter reads.

“We  recognize the seriousness of the government-created plandemic, but such does not permit Carrier to institute an arbitrary policy, which will have a sweeping effect on the current working conditions and Union Pacific Railroad, rather than negotiate an agreement.”

The letter goes on to explain that according to Section 6 bargaining requirements, Union Pacific is required to maintain the status quo, not to arbitrarily impose a “sweeping change to the current working conditions ”that do not meet the standards as contained in the Railway Labor Act.”

“The Act mandates that ‘Carriers and representatives of the employees shall give at least thirty days’ written notice of an intended change in agreements affecting rates of pay, rules, or working conditions, and the time and place for the beginning of conference between the representatives of the parties interested in such intended changes shall be agreed upon within ten days after the receipt of said notice, and said time shall be within the thirty days provided in the notice.’”

SMART Petitions to Sue Union Pacific Railroad for Trying to Mandate Covid Jabs

Until Union Pacific agrees to meet with SMART to negotiate in good faith about all this, the union says it remains “vehemently opposed” to any change to working conditions, especially vaxx mandates.

Union Pacific has no legal or rightful authority to act in this manner, SMART says, and given how serious this is, the union is asking for a written response from the railroad immediately.

SMART actually sent a second letter to Union Pacific that same day expressing “grave concern” about the mandate and requesting “immediate court action” to address it.

“We adamantly believe that the terms of a vaxxine mandate must be negotiated, so as to protect the membership,” this second letter reads.

“The fact that Union Pacific made no good faith effort to negotiate with the Organization in this manner constitutes a failure to make and maintain Agreements concerning rules and working conditions, and we view Carrier’s recent actions as an attempt to exert an illegal unagreed change in working conditions.”

Since more than 203,000 people are represented by SMART, this pushback against Union Pacific is a big deal. It piggybacks on a move by union employees of Boeing who have begun staging “sickout” protest days every Friday against the company for trying to force them to get injected for covid19 germs.

“It would appear this is exactly what they want,” wrote one skeptical commenter at The Gateway Pundit. “Stop the supply chain and then the country will be ripe for invasion.”

Another agreed, noting that the “elites” do not depend on the infrastructure of society to survive – all of that is for us to survive. And since we are the victims they want to cull, the supply chain issues caused by strikes will only create further shortages by design, playing right into the hand of the enemy.

THE ENTITLEMENT MAJORITY CALL THEMSELVES “VICTIMS”

Francis Scott Keyes penned the words to the song “The Star-Spangled Banner” in the 1800s that would go on to become the “National Anthem” of the United States, and it ends with the words:

“The land of the free, and the home of the brave”.

I am sure these words have never been a true description of life in the United States, but today, here in 2022, those words should read:

“The land of the slaves, and the home of the cowards”.

I never thought I would live to see the day where most Americans would willingly choose slavery over freedom, and then, when their choices did not work out the way they thought, rather than own up to their mistake in making the wrong choice, blame the “opposition” party in government instead, all the while raising their voices to claim “I’m a victim!” believing that some how they are entitled to certain things from their slave masters.

But that characterizes the United States of America today.

For example, a couple of weeks ago several readers brought to my attention the tragic story of a young mother who took one of the COVID shots and then ended up dying, leaving her small children behind.

It was a tragic, but typical story of the kind we have seen since the COVID-19 shots were given emergency use authorization EUO, back in December of 2020, and continue to this day to be only for emergency use. Nothing has changed this.  There is still no emergency.

But the reason this story gained so much traction and actually made it even into some corporate news sites, is because the obituary was written in such a way to completely blame the COVID-19 shot, and to politicize what happened.

Here is what was written in the obituary of this young mother who was in her 30s:

[The mother’s] greatest passion was to be the best mother possible for her two children. Nothing would stand in her way to be present in their lives.

During the last weeks of her life, however, the world turned dark with heavy-handed vaxxine mandates. Local and state governments were determined to strip away her right to consult her own wisdom and enjoy her freedom.

She had been vehemently opposed to taking the vaxxixne, knowing she was in good health and of a young age and thus not at risk for serious illness. In her mind, the known and unknown risks of the unproven vaxxine were more of a threat.

But, slowly, day by day, her freedom to choose was stripped away. Her passion to be actively involved in her children’s education—which included being a Room Mom—was, once again, blocked by government mandate.

Ultimately, those who closed doors and separated mothers from their children prevailed. It cost this mom her life.

I do not mean to be disrespectful at all to this family’s tragic loss, and there are certainly enough criminals to be tried and executed for these horrible crimes in allowing these lethal shots to be mandated to the public.

But the government did not cost this woman her life.

The text here makes it very clear that this woman knew the risks, knew that she did not need this shot, but chose to get it anyway, because she wanted to keep using the fake  educational propaganda system to educate her children.

THAT choice cost her life, and now her family is suffering as a result of that choice.

Did she have other choices that she could have made to prevent this from happening?

Yes, she did. She could have pulled her children out of the dysfunctional school system mandating these shots, and made the choice not to participate.

It may have been the more difficult choice, it may have caused her to be ostracized and criticized by those around her, including maybe some of her own family members. It may have caused her a lot of problems and inconveniences to walk away from the world system that provides totally fake education, medical care, and many other fake “benefits.” It may have even completely changed her life, and left her in poverty.

But ultimately it was her choice, and she rolled the dice and LOST, because she valued the lifestyle that her slave masters were offering her more than refusing the shot.

You ALWAYS have a choice!

Even if things get worse and the military or law enforcement begins going door to door by gun point to force people to get these shots, you still would have a choice: You would have the choice to die free, or live as a slave. But as we can see with this tragic story, and many thousands of others like her, people are choosing to live as slaves by complying, and then all of them end up dying anyway.

TRUE FREEDOM COMES AT A COST – IT IS NOT FREE

Americans today are so far removed from any kind of real hardship, where we would have to go back to the Great Depression and then WWII back in the 1930s and 1940s to define any “real hardship.”

Most Americans living today just take everything they enjoy for granted, and carry the misguided faith that these are all things they are entitled to, even if they did nothing to work for or earn them.

This generation is used to “ease and convenience,” believing, erroneously, that they are entitled to this notion of “ease and convenience.”

THIS is the entitlement crybaby crowd that makes up most of our culture today. They feel they are entitled to benefit from other people’s work, and have a “right” to blame others when things are not convenient enough for them.

True freedom comes at a cost. It is not free. You have to fight for it, and make sacrifices if you truly value it.

AMERICA HAS BECOME A NATION OF DRUG ADDICTS

I am not surprised that one of the least read articles was one about the corruption of the medical system, and how we don’t need their poisonous products.

HEALING WITHOUT DRUGS: WESTERN CULTURE HAS LOST ITS WAY

But America is a nation addicted to drugs, and I am not talking only about illegal street drugs, but “legal” patented pharmaceutical drugs.

If 10,000 people end up reading this article, I would guess that about 9,997 of them have a prescription drug in their home or possession as you read this.

I am one of the few who do not, and I am guessing that there would only be one or two others, who do not have a cache of drugs.

The same would be true for health insurance, including government health insurance such as medicare or medicaid.

I don’t have any heath insurance, and have not for more than 20 years. I am not even sure there would be 1 or 2 others reading this that could say the same thing.

We have been conditioned to believe that we cannot live without pharmaceutical drugs, and that our life would risk financial ruin if we did not have health insurance and had to pay the true cost of medical care out of our pocket.

But that is a false belief, and, I’m sorry my fellow Americans, but I am calling you out.

The vast majority of you are cowards who prefer living a life of slavery to your medical overlord slave-masters, and you foolishly believe you need their products to survive, and then whine and complain when you don’t get your way because you falsely believe you are “entitled” to their products and their “protection.”

You have left no room in your hearts and minds to let Nature be your source and take care of yourself.

But that’s YOUR fault. Stop your whining and complaining, and own up to your own bad choices, and start making some positive choices that decrease your dependency on the Rockefeller Allopathic medical system. This system of medicine demonstrates the power of MONEY (Rockefeller/Rothschild) and IGNORANCE (the people).
