Today, La Quinta Columna has made an urgent announcement that they hope will reach as many people as possible, especially those involved in health and legal services, as biostatistician Ricardo Delgado, Dr. José Luis Sevillano and the team of researchers and professors with whom they have been conducting their research have confirmed the presence of graphene oxide nanoparticles in vaccination vials.

In program nº63, the team showed some photos of the analyses carried out, specifically results obtained by optical and transmission electron microscopy observation, reserving the results of other techniques used for future programs. The COVID vaccines in all their variants, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovac, Janssen, Johnson & Johnson, etc., also contain a considerable dose of graphene oxide nanoparticles. The anti-flu vaccine contained nanoparticles of graphene oxide and the new anti-flu vaccines and the new and supposedly intranasal anti-COVID vaccines they are preparing also contain enormous doses of graphene oxide nanoparticles. Graphene oxide is a toxin that generates thrombi in the organism, as well as blood coagulation. Graphene oxide causes alteration of the immune system. In short, graphene oxide is the ‘supposed’ SARS-CoV-2, the supposed new coronavirus provoked before the disease called COVID-19. Therefore, we never had real isolation and purification of a new coronavirus, as recognized by most health institutions at the highest level and in different countries when they were questioned about it. COVID-19 disease is the result of introducing graphene oxide by various routes of administration. 

Graphene oxide is extremely potent and strong in aerosols, as is the alleged SARS-CoV-2. Like any material, graphene oxide has what we call an ‘electronic absorption band‘. This means a certain frequency at which the material is excited produces oxidation very rapidly, thus breaking the equilibrium with the proliferation in the organism of the toxicant against our natural antioxidant glutathione reserves. Precisely this frequency band is emitted in the new emission bands of the new 5G wireless technology. That is why the deployment of these antennas never stopped during the pandemic.

In fact, they were among the few services that were maintained, apart from a special surveillance by the State Security Forces and Corps to these antennas. We suspect in that the 2019 anti-flu campaign graphene oxide was introduced in these vials, since it was already used as an adjuvant. 

With subsequent 5G technology trials in different parts of the world, COVID-19 disease developed in interaction of external electromagnetic fields and graphene oxide now in their bodies. Remember that it all started in Wuhan, and this was the first pilot sample city in the world to do the 5G technology trial in late November 2019. It’s a coincidence in space and time? 

Both the pangolin and bat soup versions were simply distracting elements. The purpose of the introduction of graphene oxide is even more obscure than you might imagine. Therefore, the disease has hardly any impact on the child population. Glutathione drops very considerably after 65 years of age. Therefore, COVID-19 is especially prevalent in the senile population. Ricardo Delgado: What we are going to do from now on is to show the images we have from the optical microscope and electron microscope analysis of the vials. 

I am going to show you a series of photographs. We are also going to show the same photographs compared with this material and you can draw your own conclusions. But, as I say, those who have to draw them are the technicians and the doctors and professors who have made the study. However, it is important for you to know this because you should at least know first hand what is in the vial, since they are going to inject it into your vein, right? 

Well, this is TEM electron microscopy which is transmission electron microscopy. The electron microscope used is the JEM-2100Plus.

Let’s start with the electron microscope. This is what appears in the vial. 

What you are seeing there, that whole area, the size is a micron, a micrometer which would be a thousand nanometers under the electron microscope. What you see, this suspicious mesh, is what we had to find out what it was in the first place. 

Apart from this, other studies have been made that have determined what you already know. Nevertheless, let’s continue with the analysis of the photograph. The truth is that it looks like a satanic mesh. Let’s take a look at another one.

Here, also at 1 micrometer, a micron, which is one millionth of a meter and a thousand times more than a nanometer. There you see it a little bit better. Let’s see another one. 

Here it is even more enlarged: 5 times more at 200 nanometers. And what I want you to notice is especially this blackish thing that appears  as a kind of mesh, because what’s behind it are  the holes. 

Here’s another one at 200 nanometers, but with a little bit more light. And as I say, the interesting thing, in fact, is the mesh that covers everything.

That is what I want you to see. Now I’m going to put the image on the left of the vaccine sample and on the right of the graphene. And you draw your own conclusions. 

The first one is at 200 nanometers and the second one is at 500. Anyway, as I say, all the people who have worked with this material, obviously, when they have been presented with this material, have told us that without any doubt it is graphene oxide.

Apart from the evidence, as I say, of spectroscopy and magnetic resonance, we are now going to see some images under the optical microscope. These have much less magnification, but it is also significant. As you can see, this is the vial sample. 

It appears as a kind of fold. The way they have of giving it to us to understand it, is as if it was a Kleenex (napkin) that has folds and they appear in the bottom of a swimming pool. That is practically what they tell us. They tell me here to expand it a little bit more:

Well, that’s one of the optical microscope photographs with enough light, natural in this case, but with enough light. Let’s see another one. I’ll zoom in it as well. 

The characteristic thing is, as I say, is that it’s like it’s a piece of rag, a piece of Kleenex, that’s the word. With certain folds at the bottom of something. Let’s look at some more photos. 

It can be seen that it has a little bit of elevation and it is important.

They already are. Especially those of absorption bands —the absorbance bands they are called—, with certain wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum and which give the signal, precisely, the peaks in the graphene oxide. 

But all of this, as I say, although it is not up to us to do it, in due course, will be told by the doctors who have done this study, doctors from an official public institution in our country. When the time comes, those persons will even be interviewed and will present the report live, probably, or will make a video for us and we will also illustrate it here on the channel. But we, as we said and as we promised, we were going to put these photographs for you to see. We had no doubt because of the magnetic effect that it caused initially, and we also had no doubts about what was going, what is going in there. Now we know it much better and without any doubt.  Precisely this already confirmed hypothesis in theory, and is what allows us to extrapolate all the conclusions that we have been making in La Quinta columna, the last few programs.

Ubiquitous Return to Reality

Just because you may have adopted the idea that you spontaneously create your own reality as you go along does not make ‘reality’ disappear.  It just creates a situation where you have accepted that the masses are controlled by the few. This is not something new.  Since the creation of mankind, this has been so.

 The Matrix Virtual Reality is a control system that presents humans with the illusion of freedom, democracy, personal wealth and ownership of personal property. In real ‘reality’, this has never been true.  Humans were created as a slave race, for the purpose of providing free labor for the ‘creator gods’, who colonized the planet Earth, to mine its minerals.  It’s just that simple.

Confusion reigns because, in the interest of increasing the productivity of humans, the creator gods have employed various schemes, all of which imposed iron-clad control over the slaves.  There are two methods of control of slave labor: 

  1.  Coercion
  2. Deception.

In the beginning of human existence, 135,000 years ago, the approach was a simple master/slave system.  This required that the power of control was physical coercion and the masters were clearly wielding the superior means of coercion.  The population of humans has been carefully controlled such that the balance of power has always been clearly on the side of the masters.  The size of the alien colony was around one thousand individuals.  However, these individuals genetically upgraded a specie of jungle ape using their own genes, to give this ape-upgrade only sufficient faculties to perform their certain specific functions, and not any more.  The balance of power was based on superiority of intelligence, knowledge, physical ability, technology on the part of the gods.  Limiting the numbers of humans in existence, through controlled breeding was always the key factor.  Enlil (Yahweh) was always opposed to the idea of his brother Enki (Lucifer), first for his idea to create humans from the jungle ape in Southern Africa, then he wanted them born sterile. When slave production was too slow by artificial insemination, he had to go along with allowing procreation, but demanded controlled breeding.  Enlil maintained the population level at a small number, no more than was needed to keep up production levels in the mines.

Over time, as human slaves became more valuable and available for more types of labor, he used wars and plagues to hold the population down to a number with which he felt comfortable.  Even after the flood, when humans were determined to be fated for inhabitation of the planet, and the entire planet was being populated under a planned occupation, he never allowed the total to grow beyond a few tens of millions.  This was the case up to the time of their ultimate departure from the planet, around 1,000 BCE.

Many humans fled the cities and escaped from control, living in caves and primitive social groups.  In spite of this, the population was still limited to a few tens of millions. Before the departure of the creator gods, they created a new updated specie, called homo capensis, by increasing the percentage of god-genes comprising their genome.  They essentially replaced themselves as the leaders with the homo capensis, who were granted the kingship over humans in perpetuity.  The homo capensis blood lines were to be carefully maintained in a state of purity, to maintain the absolute superiority of Kings and Popes over homo sapiens. Let’s not kid ourselves, fellow humans.  We have been ruled, without challenge, for 135,000 years by these beings and those created to take their place in abstentia.  They have had no problems maintaining superiority over humans to this day.  In fact, even as of this day, most humans have no clue, knowledge or understanding of their place in the hierarchy, due to the systems that have been developed and deployed to create the virtual reality, while keeping us totally in the dark about the reality as we exist within it.

This has been accomplished by a revolving sequence of empires, which humans have played their part as dominators, conquerors, hegemons, world police or whatever you might want to call it.  The Romans, the Greeks, the Byzantines, the Tatars and so on, right up to the US, have all had their turn to rise, rule, prosper and die. 

In the most recent and most relevant cycle of empire, the hegemon was the US.  The change of empire prior to the current era began in 1812.  The peak of empire was reached around 1912, with the industrial revolution. 

This was all made possible by adopting a new system of virtual reality, which I have always termed the ‘Matrix’, confirmed by the movies of the same name.  The Matrix is the first use of full out reality deception, to take the place of the brute coercion of the past.  The US, dubbed the ‘land of the free’, worked out from the standpoint of attracting new slaves to the shores of the continent, the literally wipe-out the indigenous natives.  Europeans came to the shores of the Americas and promptly exterminated 80 million indigenous natives and countless tens of millions of buffolo. 

Robber barons, like Rockefeller, Harriman, Morgan, Astor, Vanderbilt, etc. were generously funded by wealthy Europeans, like the Rothschilds, to consolidate and take over dominion of all specific assets and resources, to create monopolies to exploit the first 100 years of the 200-year cycle of empire.  Like all previous cycles of empire, a period of industrious creation of wealth and domination of lesser powers ensued over the first 100 years of empire building.  Affluency resulted, especially for the robber barons, but enough for most to feel successful in the endeavor.

By 1912, the US was flying high, with assets, not debts, and production at a level to satisfy the needs of the rest-of-the-world, as well as its own needs.   

The virtual reality provided by the Matrix was based on the delusion that America was the ‘land of the free’, with democracy and high standards of living for almost all citizens, who had the delusion of ownership of private wealth and property. Americans thought the world was their oyster and everything was coming up cherries.

The date, 2012, a special date, now sees the US as having wasted away its wealth and empire.  Shipping off all means of production to China, and the biggest debtor nation in the history of the world.  Pretending it is still the dominant military power. Throwing its weight around with an army in total decline, having made countless fatal mistakes.  Still meddling in the affairs of every foreign nation, starting wars but winning none.  All of the previous wars of recent note are drug-wars.  The US is the biggest drug dealer in the world, selling countless amounts of drugs to its own citizens while its DEA is running around claiming to have a ‘war on drugs’, along with its ‘wars on everything’ campaigns, all unsuccessful by design.

The greatest problem here is that the Matrix Virtual Reality is now fully disclosed and obvious.  The humans are all impossibly and irretrievably under water, with debt levels that cannot even be imagined, let alone ever repaid.  You can never repay debt unless you have some means of production which can lead to profitable trade, to build monetary surplus to pay down the borrowed capital.  For a very long time now, the US, has no outside buyers for its debt, has been buying every cent of its own debt, in a fully unsustainable cycle of monetary collapse.

This is not how things are going to play out however.  Instead, as has always been the case in all past cycles of empire, the hegemon has become to fat, dumb and happy to remain in the top position.  It is deemed to be destroyed and replaced.  Exactly how this is to play out is obvious and totally apparent at this time.  The US, and its members of empire, are all in a state of hopeless failure. Of course, the empire has all been following the lead of the US and are in equal disaster.

So, what is being told to us.  First of all, the Matrix experiment has failed, and the populations are far too inflated.  The US empire is going to be the first to undergo transition from hegemon to depopulation.  This is well underway at this time.  There is no saving this empire, and also no reason for wanting to save this empire.  It no longer has merit or value.  It is now time to look at saving the planet.  This is the reason for the creation of the UN.  Its purpose is clearly established over the past 100 years.  The UN is going to handle the cleaning up of the disastrous mess and launching a new world order.  Sound familiar.

How about the World Health Organization, the WHO? You are being informed in many different ways, of the coming future that is evolving rapidly now.  The US empire is in the process of being reduced by a factor of 70%.  This is already well in-process by means of lethal vaxxines or graphenes that cause changes within the body requiring two or more years for fatality.  This will take out over one billion humans and leave the countries at stake ripe for easy physical takeover.  The Plan calls for this phase to be completed by 2025, per the UN Agenda 2025.  Following, in order, is Agenda 2030.  Instead of the Matrix, which is being shut down, a new form of global social structure, called a Technate, is being phased in.  The homo capensis do not go away in this transition, as they have a new plan, as they always do at these juncture points.  When the population is at its lowest level, the history will be altered, and the new survivors will be brain washed into believing a whole new version of history and social structure.

Today, these blue-blood Royals are still in control over homo sapiens. 

The elite are gathering in Davos. The global technocrats see the UN World Economic Forum (WEF) as the opportunity to announce and implement their intentions and the various changes being initiated. There is not going to be a lot of resistance from the small numbers of surviving people.  The survivors will no longer be grouped into nation-states.  Such gatherings are for our sake, in terms of orientation to the new system of reality.  Survivors will find themselves living a totally new ‘reality’.  The Global Reset they are announcing is already underway and prepared for the switch-over.  There will no longer be political power as there will no longer be politicians or elections. That illusion is all being done away with along with the Matrix.  Oh, what a tangled web those in charge of our fate have woven for us.  We are now on a path to ‘sustainable survival’, with the elimination of all consumption except for that carefully planned to assure survival.   Currency will be something of the bygone era.

When the WEF revealed its Davos 2021 Agenda, it confirmed the events this year would be digital and herald the public unveiling of its Great Reset Initiative. Angel Gurría and Klaus Schwab have outlined how the world government and businesses can shape a new labor market that supports workers to thrive in the future. This underlines how the covid-19 pandemic has accelerated systemic changes that were apparent before its inception.

The Covid-19 pandemic has been used as confirmation that no institution or individual alone can address the economic, environmental, social, and technological challenges of our complex, interdependent world. It is also being touted as a reason to support the “The UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.” One hundred and ninety-three UN member states adopted this 15-year global framework and its ambitious set of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in September 2015.

With 169 targets and over 230 indicators, the UN 2030 Agenda envisions a secure world free of poverty and hunger, with full and productive employment, access to quality training, and universal health coverage. Thrown into the mix the achievement of gender equality and an end to environmental degradation.

The 2030 Agenda is a global framework of action for people, the planet, prosperity, peace, and partnership. It integrates social, economic, and environmental dimensions of sustainable development, as well as peace, governance, and justice elements. It makes clear that all countries alike will implement the Agenda, abolishing independent countries in the process. This is important in ensuring that no one is left behind in the achievement of the SDGs.  There will no longer be individual sovereign countries with individual identities, separate currencies, national characteristics.  There will only exist the Technate, with one government, no laws, a single form of currency and a master plan where all of the surviving 500 million citizens will have their part to play, based on natural resource utilization and a sustainable future without extravagance or over consumption.  There will be no ownership of private property.  There will be no competition between citizens over issues like opportunities to take advantage of others.  You will have your function, and how well you behave and perform it will determine your living standards, by means of a system of credit scoring and redemption of credits for food, clothing, shelter and time off.

When persuasive speakers cloak an agenda in flowery rhetoric, it is often difficult to determine what is noble or separate altruistic or sinister. We be certain that events will not unfold more favorably if simply left to develop on their own. Everything will happen with a carefully managed plan. 

Still, the plans flowing out of the UN World Economic Forum are not up for a vote.  They are dictates, that will be accomplished exactly as planned. A great deal of attention has been given to all of the Agendas already set in place for many years by UN planning and implementation. The WEF public relations released a video entitled: “8 Predictions for the World in 2030. Its 2030 agenda offers a telling glimpse into what the technocratic elite has in store for the genocide survivors. It promotes the idea that by 2030, “You will own nothing. And you’ll be happy. The UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is a comprehensive plan that outlines how we can abolish poverty and transform the world into a peaceful, sustainable environment of equality for all.  We can all share equally in the misery of abject slavery.

The world economic forum predicts the new reality, where nothing is left to chance.  It is being shaped to unfold in that way. The ideas and predictions of the WEF do not seem so farfetched when you consider:

  • Many people are already comfortable and busy renting things like cars, tools, apartments, so this has become a normal way to live. It is easy to argue that shared commodities save resources.

  • Many people think the US will be unable to keep its position as the world leader. In fact, in many ways, the US has already abdicated this role.
  • The argument you simply can’t feed 10 billion people with meat and move these people into heavy consumer-based lifestyles is a simple fact. The population genocide is already well underway, and will continue in an orderly fashion until the world total humans is under 500 million, all sterilized with no way to progenate.
  • Climate changes are controlled essentially by geologic factors that are outside of human influence.  There will no doubt be changes, both over hundreds of thousands of years, or by sudden cosmic events, like comet strikes, sun activity and cyclic effects of long term heating and cooling.  Humans have been devastated in the past by such events and will be so again in the future.
  • Western values are likely to fall into disuse as the reset leaves the West as the loser and Asia as the winner.  Western values are crude and wasteful…unsuited to the new Technate.
  • Westerners simply deny reality and call everything we don’t like or understand a conspiracy. Most can’t see the possibility that Life is impermanent and nothing stays the way it is. We all die eventually and history shows even big civilizations vanish. 

The agenda to change the world includes things such as controlling people through social credit scores, structural and locational living accommodations, the reality of power and control application. Expect these to be linked to those you associate with including family members you seldom agree with. Sadly, the people that drew up this plan forgot that what they are proposing is the abolition of private property or communism a theory that has failed to ever bring prosperity to any country.  In this case, prosperity, which is usually interpreted as having enough money to buy more and better stuff, is not the objective of the system.  Order and meeting of needs on a sustainable basis are the goals.  This ignores any of the old habits of Western life style.

Another key part of this plan focuses on controlling the masses. While many people view technocracy as the great enabler, the dark side is the feared return to overt slavery and feudalism. Those in charge have the power to return the human race to its perpetual status of slavery. 

When mankind turns its future over to the technate, it gives up its soul. The idea we will move in the direction of creating a benevolent form of artificial intelligence that will protect and watch over us is absurd, laughable. Robots will have their place, but AI and transhumanism will never fly.  There is need for high-powered fast computers, but all computers are programmed by programmers.  Computers can win a chess game based on their speed of analysis and rapid recognition of the rules of the game, but they will never be more ‘intelligent’ than the programmer. Transhumanism is a pipe dream.

Intertwined and masked within the WEF plan are a lot of factors that will negatively impact people. These include a total lack of privacy, the loss of control and freedom of choice, or the ability to purchase and own anything of course, this is all for the greater good, but is it?  History shows that other than the recent 200 years, humans have always been slaves or serfs of Kings and Popes.  You perform or starve.  Pretty simple.

Much of our angst is directed at the slimy politicians, but they will no longer exist.  Politicians are only needed in the Matrix virtual reality, where they create the illusion of democracy and freedom.

The question is not whether to compel rather than to persuade, it is only what is meant by the rules of conduct governing the human slaves. Big businesses and big tech will no longer be in existence.  Achieving the standards designed to support survival will be the rule.  There will be no more big-box stores where gadgets can be purchased.  Everything needed will be provided.  If not up to the standards of some citizens, re-education will take care of the problem.  Inequality will no longer be in existence either.  The human fare will be identical across the board. Whether you will be happy about all this is not a matter of great concern to the technocrats.

Reality Still Demands a Place at the Table

But what about Dr. Fauci?

Dr. Anthony Fauci, who answers to the title “The Science” in certain circles, said this week that there are going to be two Americas, the vaxxed and the unvaxxed. Earth to Dr. Fauci: we are already two Americas: the reality-onboard and the reality-optional.

One reality is that vaccines developed at “warp speed” appear to have gnarly side-effects that can outweigh the risk of the disease they’re engineered to protect against. Another reality is that the Delta variant of SARS-Covid-19 is more contagious, but also weaker, less likely to result in hospitalization among the unvaxxed. The vaxxed are 8 times more susceptible to contracting the “covid” than are the unvaxxed.  How can this be the case?  Where’s the immunity?  Where’s the anti-contagion?  Another reality glitch is that the Delta variant infects the fully-vaccinated much more vigorously. Oh, what to do? What to do?

The vaxxine serum turns out to be 98% graphene oxide.  This is the same contaminants found in the masks and the foot-long test swabs with catsup and relish.  It is also the toxicant that has been discovered in batches of the old discarded billions of vials of flu shots from the past. 

Consider not allowing yourself to be jerked around by US health officials who have trouble keeping their story straight, for instance, Dr. Anthony Fauci (a.k.a. The Science) who, records show, apparently assisted the bio-warfare division of China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) at the Wuhan lab in the development of a world-beating, gain-of-function bat virus — which, halfway through year-two of its run, seems to be following the usual trajectory of fake viral epidemics, by growing weaker before it disappears altogether. And then we’ll see what happens longer-term among the vaxxed, who were subjected to flurries of toxic spike proteins and graphene oxide.

It’s the opinion of every thinking person with two or more operating brain cells, that the Covid-19 episode was unleashed upon the world to allow “the elite” to execute a “controlled demolition of the global economy” Dr. Fauci’s role looks like a species of generic egomania with a top hat of greed (considering his financial interests in vaccines). The reality is that the global economy, such as it’s a high-tech industrial economy, is shooting its own wad very nicely without a whole lot of assistance from alleged nefarious parties.

Meantime, the Fourth of July is upon us and the nation is not quite half-vaxxed-up, and yet we are about to celebrate the meaning of Independence Day, which is the presumed freedom from subjugation under the British Crown. And so, you see, the USA also seems to be divided between those who take the fake liberty and its associated values to heart, and those who seek to coerce, dominate, censor, cancel, and punish those who show signs of wishing to enjoy liberty in the pursuit of happiness.

For those ‘up to speed’, the US never won its independence from the Crown.  G. Washington spent three years hurrying his freedom fighters from where ever the British were headed for, to where ever he could avoid any confrontation.  In the end, they agreed to have a little battle and tell everyone they had won independence, except for some small details.  The US is, and has always been a tax-paying Crown Colony.  When the matter arose again and taxes were withheld, the British showed up promptly and burned DC to the ground, including the White House and the Congress building, the treasury and Library of Congress and everything else.  This action promptly put an end to the matter.

Since there is not, and never was any independence,  Independence Day really holds little meaning, as it is just celebrating another lie, another one of the countless lies told by the phony government of the US.
